1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Green Pro Audits ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including administrators and auditors.

2. Description of service

Green Pro Audits is a janitorial audit management platform that allows organisations to assign, complete, and report on facility inspections. Features include mobile audit forms, photo evidence capture, PDF report generation, and performance analytics.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that users you add to your account comply with these terms
• The accuracy of audit data, scores, and photographs submitted through the platform
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent audit data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of audit data, photographs, and reports you create using the platform. By using the platform, you grant Green Pro Audits a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Green Pro Audits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
